We're looking for a senior architect who can lead architectural design from concept to execution and manage an in-house team through the entire process. This role requires someone who can take ownership of architecture, guide junior team members, and ensure that design intent translates clearly into coordinated drawings and on-site execution.
What they'll do:
Lead architectural design development from concept through detailed drawings
Prepare, review, and finalize architectural drawings and documentation
Guide and manage a team of junior architects, assigning tasks and reviewing their work
Coordinate architecture with interiors, MEP, structure, and other consultants
Ensure drawings are clear, coordinated, and aligned with project intent
Review design decisions from both design and execution perspectives
Visit site regularly to review progress and resolve architectural issues
Identify gaps, clashes, or constructability concerns early and address them
Track revisions and ensure a smooth flow from design to site
What we're looking for:
Degree in Architecture
6+ years of professional experience with strong design-to-execution exposure
Experience leading a small team and reviewing others' work
Strong AutoCAD skills
Solid understanding of construction detailing and site execution
Comfortable taking responsibility for architectural decisions
Clear communication and strong coordination skills
Hospitality or large-scale project experience is a plus
