Job role –
Supervise field staff
Ensure individual & team targets are met
Work jointly with field staff
Prepare strategy for key accounts
Ensure call effectiveness & productivity
Effective management of distribution channel
Responsible for the overall performance of a team of field professional.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate: B.Sc / B.pharma – Ideal / (Any Graduate)
Age criteria – less than 35yrs
Minimum 5+ yrs of experience in pharma selling.
Must have a demonstrated ability to promote and sell goods, services and concepts
Medical Reps having relevant experience of 5yrs and willing to advance in career can also apply.
CTC –5.70LPA approx
