Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
Employee Engagement
Performance Management
Attendance Management & Handling monthly payroll
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the
Ensuring MIS database of employees
Handling Administrative work

Skills Required:

Should have advance verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment

Salary 1 Lac 75 Thousand To 2 Lac P.A.
