Act as a nodal officer for all issues related to rendering services to a patient referred by a empanelled institute
Processing of Counseling, admission & Discharge of TPA patient. Billing of empanelled patients & Follow up for realization of empanelled patients payments.
Per authorization, Approval, Documentation, Final approval & settlement. Of TPA patients.
Develop the sales strategy & promotion policy for the hospital in order to achieve the revenue targets
Plan the publicity campaign , Camps, CMEs, Patient Education Program, Events & Exhibitions as per the strategy
Identify new markets; new engagements and ways to drive future business of empanelled patients.
Gather market intelligence with respect to services offered and their pricing by competitor hospitals and apprise the management of the same in a timely manner.
Gather information related to sales & marketing best practices in the healthcare industry and incorporates into sales & marketing training strategies and programs. etc...
