1. He will ensure that team achieves product wise, unit wise primary & Secondary sales target monthly, quarterly, and on a yearly basis.
2. He will ensure timely collection of dues(as per our norms) from all stockiest of his area.
3. He is required to set up a suitable and effective MIS for his Regional's smooth running and periodic (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and annually reporting to Head - Domestic Marketing, Sales & Distribution.
4. His responsibility will also include building performing team by recruiting capable people from the market.
5. He will be required to present performance - related data of himself and his team at timely intervals. Actual secondary sales figures of all territories and performance of every Medical Representatives must be on his fingerprints. he also have to take care of stock movements from stockist, pushing out slow moving products, prevent inventory build-ups and monitoring prescriptions. These would be the Key Result Areas(KRAs) for him.
6. Ours being almost a start up Venture, he is expected to be on the move most of the times and be in contact with his superiors on a daily basis without fail.
7.He Should possess good product Knowledge.
