2. Designing innovative strategies and Promotional activities for the brands handled by understanding the market need through regular interaction with key doctors across specialties and tracking the competitor activities
3. Monitoring and tracking sales performance (internal as well as external)
4. Doing field work as per the need for understanding the doctors views on designed strategies and suggesting new brand/molecule launches
5. Conducting periodic cycle meetings and time to time interaction with the field personnel pertaining to implementation of strategies etc.
6. Working as a part of team to enhance the productivity of entire division.
