1.Training of sales team about companys products, rules and regulations as per sales team guide lines manual.
2.Joint field working with team members at retail and stockist level.
3.To keep adequate stock at Depot in coordination with Depot Head.
4.To check and verify the Stock Transfer Order from Depot to Company in coordination with depot head.
5.To keep track of short expiry and slow moving products and ensure liquidation of the same on priority.
6.To ensure timely collection of payments from all the stockists.
7.To take proper feedback about the party to be appointed as new stockist.
8.To appoint new team member in coordination with ZSM / GM.
9.Ensure timely submission of Tour plan / DCR / Managers Monthly Report / Expenses of team members and self.
10.Daily attendance of team and self to be intimated to HO.
11.To conduct monthly sales meeting to review team wise performance and to inculcate business development skills amongst team members of the region.
