Industry – Should be from Pharma / Heallthcare / Medical Industry
· In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare value to the industry, focusing on Lab Diagnostics (LD).
· Ability to develop short-term (3 to 6 months) and long-term (2 to 3 yr) strategic sales plans and develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channels.
· Basic Knowledge of functions and services of diagnostic centre like Pathology, Radiology, MRI, CT-Scane.
· Healthcare knowledge on trends and influences for our customer base as well as doctors.
· Solution selling in the field of diagnostic services like Sonography, Digital Mammography, Digital OPG.
· Solid decision making capabilities - Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and how to tailor to our customer solutions as well as with doctors.
· Strong people management and people development capabilities (Holding people accountable and being a player-coach and Ability to manage lead change.
· Ability to be collaborative with doctors and provide appropriate levels of influencing to ensure our customers comes first.
· Management of sales activity and tracking of key sales actions (Sales processes, coverage on critical accounts, compliance topics like financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, customer or doctors, etc.)
· Strong leadership with creates followership and development of succession planning within area of responsibilities.
· Coordinate team activities while minimizing sales and marketing costs and maximizing sales.
· Excellent and demonstrated skills in interpersonal communications and presentation skills.
