Assisting in the end-to-end recruitment process across supply chain units
Employee On boarding and Induction across locations
Building and maintaining employee-employer relations
Should be comfortable with travelling as we have operations across multiple cities
Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
Proven work experience as an HR business partner
Provide HR policy guidance
