A leading healthcare group in India is launching a chain of IVF clinics in India, under the guidance of a leading IVF specialist. The first center is planned in Jaipur followed with Mumbai, Delhi and Kolkata

Job Position: Clinic/ Unit Head

Location: Jaipur

Experience
• Min 5 + years in healthcare (ONLY FROM IVF CENTER )
• Miin 5 years in team handling position (IVF CENTER EXPERIENCE )

Key Requirements
• Expert in analytics, logical reasoning and MIS
• Expert communication skills in English, Hindi
• Handled minimum Rs 2 Cr sales revenue per month
• Expert in customer interaction and conversion

KRA’s
• Ensure the process and protocols are implemented in the clinic
• Generate sales for IVF center and ensure the target achievement
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure online lead generation
• Work closely with leading doctors to get new patients
• Create awareness about the clinic/brand to ensure more footfalls
• Plan and implement events and activities in the clinic to increase footfalls
• Actively partner with brands etc. to create awareness about the clinic
• Conduct regular camps in the nearby areas to attract new customers
• Overall responsible for P&L of the clinic
